Carolyn Jones
CPA and Auditor
Certified Public Accountant and Auditor since 1998. Graduate from Universidad Andrés Bello, with a Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards from Universidad Mayor (2008).
Before joining GHK Tax Accounting SpA, she worked at Asesorías Contables SpA, a subsidiary of Guerrero, Olivos, Novoa y Errázuriz, as the manager in charge of the accounting-financial and tax area (2011-2016), and as the audit manager at Crowe Horwath (1998-2011).
Throughout her professional career, Carolyn has advised domestic clients on external audit and internal control issues, business acquisitions and mergers, and other tax and accounting matters.
